The Maritime Organisation for Eastern, Southern and Northern Africa (MOESNA) was honored to host the Vice Chancellor of the Technical University of Mombasa – TUM, Prof. Laila Abubakar, for the official signing of a Memorandum of Cooperation (MoC) between the two institutions.
The Vice Chancellor was received by the Secretary General of MOESNA, Mr. Kassim K. Mpaata.
Discussions held were centered on enhancing Maritime Education, Advancing Research, and fostering the growth of Skilled Maritime Professionals across the MOESNA region.
