A significant milestone in Maritime Cooperation.
On 20th June 2025, the Maritime Organisation for Eastern, Southern, and Northern Africa (MOESNA) and the Dar Es Salaam Maritime Institute signed a Memorandum of Cooperation (MoC) at DMI in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania.
This strategic alliance was signed by Prof. Tumaini Gurumo, Rector of DMI, and Mr. Kassim Mpaata, Secretary General of MOESNA — setting the course for enhanced collaboration in Maritime Education, Training, and Research across the Region.
