MOESNA was delighted to welcome H.E Ambassador Paul Mukumbya, Consul General of the Republic of Uganda, Mombasa who paid courtesy to the Secretary General, Mr. Kassim K. Mpaata. Discussions centred on MOESNA’s strategic role in the development of the regional Maritime sector, the role of Commercial Diplomacy in the Promotion of Regional Trade and the benefits which Uganda and the rest of the regional states continue to accrue from the MOESNA.
