MOESNA hosts a two-day validation workshop for the draft constitution of the Federation of Eastern Southern and Northern Africa Shippers Council (FESNASCo) at Bahari Beach Hotel, Mombasa, Kenya. The event was attended by the Shippers Council of Eastern Africa, Tanzania Shippers Council (TSC), Uganda Shippers Council, Zambia Shippers Council (ZSC), Zanzibar Shippers Council (ZSC) and Shippers Council of South Sudan (SCSS).
